Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Presales Manager based in Makati. The Presales Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by ensuring technical and strategic alignment between client requirements and Ramco's enterprise solutions. Key responsibilities include collaborating with sales and technical teams to design tailored solutions, delivering engaging product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and addressing client inquiries regarding software functionality and integration. The role also involves actively participating in client meetings and managing the pre-sales cycle to effectively position Ramco's offerings.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Presales and Consulting to understand client requirements and position relevant solutions.
  • Solid background in Sales, including strong communication and presentation skills to support the sales process.
  • Knowledge of Project Management and Integration to ensure the development of tailored technology solutions for clients.
  • Understanding of enterprise-level software solutions like ERP, Payroll, or MRO systems would be highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a hybrid work environment and build strong client relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related fields is preferred.
