Job Description Presales Manager (Philippines)
Position Overview
Responsible for leading presales activities by designing integrated IT Infrastructure solutions and supporting sales engagements with strong vendor, commercial, and partner coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and validate end-to-end IT Infrastructure solutions based on customer business needs using multi-vendor technologies and Black Box services.
- Prepare BoM, scope documents, and technical architectures aligned with OEM best practices.
- Work closely with Sales, Commercial, Delivery, and Procurement teams to prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotes, and margin analysis.
- Collaborate with OEMs, distributors, and SI partners to secure competitive pricing, solution validation, and delivery readiness.
- Drive go-to-market activities with key partners such as CommScope, Panduit, Cisco, Juniper, Avaya, Extreme, Aruba, Poly, Crestron, etc.
- Manage vendor approvals, SPRs, and project registrations through authorized OEM channels.
- Represent Black Box during customer presentations, workshops, demos, and POCs.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors like Anixter, Ingram, Westcon, Redington for stock, pricing, and logistics support.
- Conduct technical demos, POCs, and technology briefings.
Mandatory Skill
- Strong IT Infrastructure Experience (Data Center, Network, Cabling, Collaboration, or related domains).
