Presales Engineer

The Pre-Sales Engineer would handle technical aspects of selling solutions and offerings of TIM Corp.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Presenting TIM company profile and the company's relevant offerings to prospects and customers.
• Scoping of requirements, with sales and partners if necessary.
• Validating of prospect and customer stated requirements.
• Configuring or designing a solution or a solution stack of multiple components.
• Liaise with distributors, principals, and other partners to get and consolidate quotes and prices.
• Arranging demos or POC activities with clients.
• Converting commercial quotes to TIM cost worksheets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering (EE), Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Industrial Engineering (IE), Computer Science (CS), or Information Technology (IT).
• With at least 5 years of presales, products management, or solution design experience (IT infrastructure, Network, Backup, Storage, Server, Cybersecurity, and/or AI).
• With above-average desktop skills (i.e., MS Office especially MS Excel and Word).
• With strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and output driven.
• Keen understanding of customer needs.
