Presales Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical presales support for enterprise networking projects
• Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions
• Design network solutions, including switches, Wi-Fi, routing, security, and related technologies
• Prepare solution proposals, HLD/LLD, BOMs, presentations, and technical documentation
• Conduct product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (PoC), and technical workshops
• Support sales teams in customer meetings and project discussions
• Work closely with partners, system integrators, and customers
• Support project deployment and resolve technical issues when required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in enterprise networking, Wi-Fi, routing & switching, or related technologies is preferred
• Knowledge of Cisco, Huawei, HPE Aruba, Ruijie, or other networking products is an advantage
• CCNA or equivalent certification is a plus
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Willing to travel for customer meetings and project support
