About the Role:
The Solution Adoption Maven – Azure and OCI conducts market research and analyzes user data to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for innovation. They develop and implement product strategies, compare competitor offerings, and support product improvements based on customer feedback. The role includes creating sales tools, delivering product training, and supporting the selling process. They also foster crossfunctional collaboration to ensure smooth workflows and successful product outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research, gather feedback, and analyze user data to identify customer needs and pain point.
- Compare competition's products to company's offerings.
- Data collection and product analytics.
- Develop and implement a product strategy.
- Develop specialized training on new products.
- Creates the collateral and sales tools that support the selling process.
- Gather customer feedback and use it to improve existing product strategy or identify new opportunities for innovation.
- Foster collaboration and communication among different teams to ensure a seamless workflow and successful product outcomes
QUALIFICATION:
- At least 2-4 years of working experience in the same role.
- Must have a deep understanding of cloud technologies.
- Must have a certification on Microsoft Azure.
- Outstanding ability to analyze, isolate and interpret business needs into detailed requirements.
- Must be able to drive product strategies.
- Must be able to work effectively with various teams.
- Must be able to create and communicate a compelling product vision.
- The ability to travel as needed.
- Strong communication skills.
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
