What The Role Is About

Lead in designing and identifying specific IT solutions, considering security functionality, business process automation, and proof of concept initiatives.

Handle, develop, and implement solutions using ITSMs to streamline and automate business processes.

Conduct customer presentations and provide technical support for the recommended solution set.

What You'll Need To Be

Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Science, or other related courses.

Technical understanding of Microsoft technologies, systems, and automation platforms.

Proficient in computer and IT-related jargons and technologies.

Relevant 3 years of experience in Solutions Design and Presentations or Product Demo
