• Assist customers with hotel reservation inquiries and booking requests.
• Recommend suitable room options, upgrades, and hotel services based on customer needs.
• Handle customer inquiries via call and email, ensuring timely responses and accurate documentation of booking details.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a seamless booking experience.
• Accurately process reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
• Meet performance and service quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Do You Have What It Takes

• At least Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum), HS Graduate (Old Curriculum), or College Undergrad is accepted.
• At least 6 months of BPO experience
• Preferably with sales experience (BPO or non-BPO)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required
