Assist customers with hotel reservation inquiries and booking requests.

Recommend suitable room options, upgrades, and hotel services based on customer needs.

Handle customer inquiries via call and email, ensuring timely responses and accurate documentation of booking details.

Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a seamless booking experience.

Accurately process reservations, modifications, and cancellations.

Meet performance and service quality standards in a fast-paced environment

Do You Have What It Takes

At least Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum), HS Graduate (Old Curriculum), or College Undergrad is accepted.

At least 6 months of BPO experience

Preferably with sales experience (BPO or non-BPO)

Excellent English communication skills

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required
