Role Description

The Premier Property Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Metro Manila. The role involves identifying and engaging with potential clients, presenting Ayala Land Premier properties, and guiding clients through the property acquisition process. Responsibilities include managing relationships with clients, showcasing properties, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and needs efficiently. This role also entails developing marketing strategies to promote Ayala Land Premier projects and maintaining a strong knowledge of market trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Sales experience and the ability to meet and exceed performance targets
• Knowledge of marketing principles and experience in promoting high-value properties
• Client service orientation with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Proficient in market trend analysis and competitor evaluation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with the Metro Manila real estate market is a plus
