The Premier Center Head is responsible to manage and grow the respective Premier Center's portfolio of Affluent and HNW customer segment in terms of number of customers, AUM, revenue, in line with CFS aspirations and segment's value proposition. The incumbent is accountable for the implementation of the segment's long-term and market strategies for customers acquisition, migration and retention of HNW customers.
Your Impact
Collaborate with other internal Business Units for deepening, cross-sell and relationship management (e.g. Community Distribution through partner branches, Consumer Lending, Cards, Global Markets, Trust, and external counterparts / product providers (e.g. Etiqa for Bancassurance, and 3rd party fund providers) for synergies via referrals.
Lead a team of Relationship Managers (RM) and Customer Relationship Officers (CRO) to provide overall portfolio management and client management to support the overall business objectives of CFS.
Oversee and evaluate productivity in the delivery of personalized banking experience to Premier clients
Client engagement and relationship building to deepen wallet share; while managing attrition rate of funds
Focus to deliver profitability through a healthy mix of deposit (i.e CASA/TD) and fee income products (i.e. investments via GM, Trust, Bancassurance)
Growth of the number of customers via customer acquisition and migration from Branch to Premier.
Your Profile
Bachelor Degree in Banking, Business Studies, Finance or equivalent.
MBA holder will be an added advantage
At least 5 years of previous experience in selling investment products or as a relationship manager
Excellent communication and coalition building skills with an ability to balance, negotiate and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders; high level of knowledge and understanding in the subject matters
Previous supervisorial experience in handling and managing a team
