Job Description

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Premier and Wealth clients
• Acquire new-to-bank customers and deepen existing client relationships
• Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities across wealth, investment, and insurance products
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews to maximize wallet share and client retention
• Deliver personalized financial solutions based on clients financial goals and needs
• Work closely with branch, wealth advisory, and product partners to provide holistic client service
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals
• Achieve individual sales, revenue, and portfolio growth targets
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service and operational excellence
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and internal control requirements
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 3 years of experience in banking, wealth management, financial services, or retail financial sales
• Proven track record in selling investment and insurance products
• Experience managing affluent or high-net-worth client portfolios
• Strong relationship management and client acquisition skills
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales and revenue targets
• Strong knowledge of wealth management, investment, and banking products
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
• Strong networking, business development, and portfolio management capabilities
• Relevant wealth management certifications and regulatory licenses preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Compliance, Risk, and Internal Control teams
