Job description
Licensed Architect/Engineer/Mechanical Engineer.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in the same field in the construction industry, both horizontal and vertical projects.
Preferably 2 years of experience as a Precast Engineer in both horizontal and vertical projects.
Able to read, comprehend, and interpret plans and drawings.
Knowledgeable of MS applications, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other related applications.
Must posses excellent technical, communication (oral and written), and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
Review Precast Penalization Plan provided by the Precast Consultant.
Assist in resolving causes of delays in the schedule and problems related to work performance.
Provide technical assistance and support to the precast Foreman/Leadman.
Plan strategy to efficiently and effectively fabricate and install precast panels, in alignment with the Project Schedule.
