Pre-Sales Tech Engineer

PRE-SALES TECH | HYBRID | BGC

We're looking for IT/Tech graduates or candidates with a technical background who are interested in building a career in Sales.

What you'll do:

• Assist customers with basic technical and product questions
• Support the Sales team with product demos and technical inquiries
• Handle customer concerns via voice, email, and chat
• Document customer interactions and concerns
• Work with internal teams to resolve technical issues
• Identify opportunities to improve customer support and product resources

What we're looking for:

• IT graduate or has a technical/IT background
• With 3–6 months sales experience OR willing to be trained in sales
• Excellent communication skills
• Associate or Bachelor's degree

Salary: Up to ₱26K

Location: BGC, Taguig

Work Setup: Hybrid
