You will play a critical role in understanding client needs, design customized technical solutions,
conduct product demo, create proof-of-concept, and present technical information to support the sales team in closing deals. You are responsible for leading the strategic and operational functions of the Presales Department.
On a day-to-day basis, you'll be doing the following:
Presales Activities
- Craft tailored solutions in response to client requirements, often shared through RFP documents;
- Design end-to-end solutions based on client needs;
- Support the sales team by providing technical inputs during the sales process, including answering technical questions, helping shape the sales pitch, or ensuring feasibility.
- Act as a champion of MTC products—internally and externally by promoting the products capabilities, benefits, and use cases to clients, partners, and sometimes even internal teams.
- Conduct product demos tailored to specific industries, clients, or use cases.
- Orchestrate the process of Proof-of-Concepts (PoC)
- Coordinate and manage the entire bidding process of deals—including collecting inputs from multiple teams (sales, tech, legal, finance), creating bid documentation, and ensuring submission before deadlines.
- Conduct detailed discovery sessions to understand their current processes, pain points, and needs.
Sales Activities
- Develop strategies, tactics, sales plans, and revenue targets.
- Develop relationships with partners and clients.
- Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets.
- Represent the company at conferences, trade fairs and networking events.
- Maximize new business development opportunities.
- Manage identified enterprise accounts.
- Closing deals and hitting targets.
Enterprise Architecture and Data Governance Activities (EADG)
- Lead the design and implementation of an organization's entire technological and operational landscape to align with its business strategy and goals
- Develop and create and implement data governance framework, policies, and procedures across clients organizations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years Technical Pre-sales Role for Large Enterprise
- Must have experience in solutioning of data management solutions for Enterprise customers.
- Must be a team player and able to work with extended sales and services teams.
- Must have excellent communication skills and confidence in meeting C-level customer executives.
