Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and technically skilled IT Infrastructure Solutions Engineer who can bridge the gap between technical capabilities and customer business needs. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver product demonstrations, conduct technical discussions, support customer onboarding, and enable successful adoption of Observability & IT Operations solutions.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong technical fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and experience in product demonstrations, technical documentation, webinars, or customer-facing technical roles.
Key Responsibilities
Presales & Customer Engagement
Deliver engaging product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to prospects and customers
Understand customer IT infrastructure, monitoring requirements, and business challenges
Translate technical features into business value and customer outcomes
Support the sales team during the presales lifecycle to improve deal conversion
Technical Enablement & Documentation
Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and solution architecture documents
Conduct webinars, workshops, and technical enablement sessions for customers and partners
Assist customers in product evaluation, deployment guidance, and technical queries
Collaboration & Product Feedback
Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback and improve product capabilities
Support product launches, feature adoption, and customer success initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
Basic understanding of Linux / Unix systems
Basic understanding of Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, SNMP, HTTP, etc.)
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, applications, logs, monitoring tools)
Basic scripting or programming knowledge is a plus (Python, Bash, or similar)
Understanding of IT monitoring, observability, or DevOps concepts is preferred
Core Competencies
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong technical writing and documentation skills
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Sales Engineering, Presales, Technical Support, or Product Enablement roles
Experience conducting product demos, webinars, or customer presentations
Exposure to IT monitoring, observability, SaaS, or enterprise software products
Experience with AI, ML, or analytics-based platforms is a plus
