Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, explain our healthcare software solutions, and coordinate product demonstrations with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

● Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate interest in Docterz solutions.

● Understand customer requirements and explain relevant product features.

● Schedule and align product demos with the existing sales team.

● Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth demo scheduling and follow-ups.

● Maintain customer details, call records, and demo schedules.

● Follow up with prospects to ensure scheduled demos are completed.

● Achieve daily calling and demo scheduling targets.

Requirements

● 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, pre-sales, or customer interaction.

● Good communication and interpersonal skills.

● Comfortable making outbound calls and coordinating with the sales team.

● Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

● Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
