Responsibilities
- Needs Assessment: Understanding customer business challenges and technical requirements through discovery calls, meetings, and questionnaires.
- Product Demonstrations: Preparing and delivering compelling product demonstrations, tailored to specific customer needs and use cases. This often involves customizing demos and addressing specific technical questions.
- Technical Presentations: Creating and delivering technical presentations to various audiences, including technical staff, management, and executives.
- Proposal Development: Contributing to the technical aspects of proposals, including writing technical sections, defining solutions, and estimating effort.
- Solution Design: Working with customers to design solutions that meet their specific requirements, often involving integrating the company's product with existing systems.
