Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Presales Engineerbasedin Makati.Responsible for providingexpertiseand support to the sales team throughout the sales process,includingunderstanding customer requirements,assistingwith proposal developmentand product presentations and demonstrations.The Technical Presales Engineer will also collaborate with theSupport and Development teamfor system implementation and support.

Qualifications

BroadUC and telecom knowledge

Solid background in Contact Centre deployment and operation

Familiarity with Microsoft technologies

Knowledge of mobile radio communications an asset

Experience in conducting product demonstrations and presenting technical solutions

Understanding of customer requirements and ability to propose suitable solutions

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work collaboratively with a sales team

Bachelor's degreeor equivalentin Engineering or a related field
