Job Description
- Meet financial objectives set at the start of the fiscal year - including order, revenue, and contribution margin.
- Monitor Profit & Loss of assigned projects.
- Provide technical pre-sales support, consultation, and presentations focusing on security services to sales teams and clients.
- Scope and clearly translate client service requirements into a Statement of Work (SOW) related to the cybersecurity solutions offered.
- Collaborate with Product Presales (Security), Technology Partners, and the internal Delivery group to formulate the SOW, RACI, timeline, and other service-related requirements.
- Develop service packages, solutions, and technical proposals, including costing and pricing.
- Assist the Business Unit Head in creating new service packages for the group.
- Develop service business opportunities within the assigned industry or sales division.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 2 years of experience handling security products
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure services such as installation and warranty
- Knowledge of cybersecurity solution implementation is a plus
- Proficient in cybersecurity tools such as Firewall, Endpoint Security, WAF, DLP, SASE, etc.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Team player with a positive attitude and active listening skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
