We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to provide technical expertise throughout the sales process by identifying customer requirements, designing solutions, and supporting the sales team. The ideal candidate has a strong networking background and can effectively translate technical concepts into business value.
- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical discovery and assess customer requirements
- Design and scope ICT solutions based on client needs
- Prepare accurate Bills of Materials (BOM)
- Deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept presentations
- Provide technical support to Account Executives throughout the sales cycle
- Prepare clear technical documentation and handover to the Sales team
- Qualifications
- 2–3 years of ICT pre-sales or technical support experience
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (CCNA-level knowledge)
- Familiarity with ICT products and vendor solutions is an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business value
