Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pre-Sales Engineer based in Makati. The Pre-Sales Engineer will collaborate with sales teams to engage potential clients, deliver technical presentations, and demonstrate product capabilities. Responsibilities include offering technical expertise in pre-sales activities, understanding customer needs, and providing solutions. Additionally, the Pre-Sales Engineer will support customer service queries, ensuring seamless transitions from sales to implementation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Experience in Sales is highly desirable
• Ability to effectively understand and address client requirements
• Proactive problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Basic to good understanding of business processes such as sales, accounting, CRM, HR, inventory, or manufacturing
• Experience in cloud-based solutions is a plus
• Consultative mindset and willingness to learn
