Job Description

The General Manager will provide the required leadership to ensure the successful opening of the hotel, day-to-day operations, execute the property's business plan and direction to maximize profitability as per set targets and budgets, and inspire the team to achieve its missions.

Candidate Qualification

• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in hotel management in a similar capacity
• Knowledgeable and proven achievement in key hotel operations
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel
• Professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
