YOUR ROLE

You take part in creating the best new hire experience in the project to completely renew our talent acquisition and onboarding process. You also help us with finding the best vendors for recruitment, and managing the a to z collaboration with them.

  • Support the daily operation of the pre-assembly line (mount, wafersaw, backgrind) to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets are met.
  • Monitor process performance, equipment status, and product output to identify abnormalities and implement timely actions.
  • Troubleshoot process, equipment, and line issues to minimize downtime and production disruptions.
  • Participate in root cause analysis for defects, rejects, and process instabilities, and support corrective and preventive actions.
  • Assist in process setup, validation, optimization, and changeover activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve line efficiency and product quality.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and waste reduction activities.
  • Maintain and update process documentation, standard operating procedures, and technical records.
  • Support introduction of new products, materials, or equipment into the line.
  • Train and support operators on process standards, equipment handling, and best practices when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety standards, quality requirements, and manufacturing procedures.

Your Skills & Experiences

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Technology Based course, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing, process, production support, or equipment troubleshooting role.
  • Good understanding of production processes, process control, and manufacturing equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues and propose practical solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and reporting applications.
