Job Description

What You'll Do
  • Own end-to-end delivery of all network and security implementations across the practice

  • Lead a team of L1 and L2 network engineers and grow the team as the practice scales

  • Remain hands-on in complex customer engagements, leading advanced implementations, troubleshooting, and technical escalations

  • Provide technical leadership to L1 and L2 engineers by mentoring, reviewing solutions, and supporting them on challenging issues

  • Design and review Low-Level Designs (LLDs) from solution-architect HLDs, typically within 5 working days of customer workshops

  • Take handover from the presales / solution-architect team during internal and external project kickoffs

  • Plan resources across multiple concurrent customer projects, sequencing work around customer readiness (cabling, terminations, site access)

  • Drive on-site customer workshops, planning sessions, and design conversations as the senior point of contact

  • Build automation — scripts, templated configurations, deployment playbooks — to scale repeatable deployments (e.g. 50-switch rollouts)

  • Conduct post-implementation customer reviews and obtain formal signoff on delivered scope
