n• Develop and implement a comprehensive Public Relations and communications strategy aligned with overal

s• Define PR objectives, KPIs and budgets across campaigns and initiative
s• Lead the execution of integrated PR campaigns across media, influencers, and brand partner
s• Identify opportunities for high-impact visibility across print, broadcast, digital and emerging platforms
.• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment of PR initiatives with marketing, brand and business goal
sInfluencer & Media Managemen
t• Build and define creator and media frameworks, including partner selection and prioritization strategies
.• Shape engagement strategies and guide the team on key influencers, creators, and media partners to focu

n• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, and publications
.• Oversee influencer management including sourcing, negotiating, briefing, performance tracking
.• Manage the development of PR kits and seeding package
s• Ensure consistency, quality, and alignment of all influencer and media outputs with brand standard

s• Own the execution of large-scale campaigns and PR event
s• Conceptualize and deliver impactful PR moments that generate media and cultural relevanc
e• Optimize execution of PR moments based on insights and past performanc

t• Make calls on what to scale or shif
t• Provide guidance and support to the PR tea

T• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or any related fiel
d• 3+ years of work experience in Public Relations is preferre
d• Must have strong initiative and with exceptional attention to detai
l• Has exceptional writing and copyediting skill
s• Effective communication and interpersonal skill
s• Familiarity in MS Office tool
