Greenbulb Communications is in need of Managers for our Corporate Desk with the following qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing and Advertising/Media.
- At least 2-3 years of Public Relations experience.
- With excellent communications (written/oral) skills, can plan and execute concepts and ideas, with strong media relations, account management and team management.
- Able to write business news, features, speeches, and support documents for PR and investor communications.
Job Summary: Manages clients PR portfolio and promoting them to their target audiences. Will be responsible in growing brands and help drive sales through a range of PR tools such as news items, press releases, product placement, and social media activity.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
I. Client Servicing
- Develop Communications strategies and plans for clients/accounts
- Manage timely implementation and execution of plans
- Regularly meets with clients to ensure plans are executed
- Budget Management - Heads accounting for monies utilized for events and projects
- Creation of CEs
- Oversees select and timely deliverables to clients
- Coordinates with Accounting Department to ensure clients are billed
- Creation and development of press release materials, briefing books, and executive speeches
- Management of Associates
II. Media Relations
- Pitching of interviews and exclusive features
- Media Follow-ups for press releases
- Assists in Media Management
III. Business Development
- Lead generation
- Assists in development of pitches
IV. Adherence to Team Culture
- Routinely invests in building agency morale and capacities
