Role Description The PR & Influencer Marketing Manager (Native Advertising) leads strategic planning and execution of integrated influencer and PR campaigns. As a senior planner-buyer and sub-unit lead, the Associate Manager is responsible for optimizing earned and native media investments, innovating through trend spotting, and ensuring seamless alignment between content, creators, and brand goals. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, people management, and hands-on implementation across platforms.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience in PR & Influencer Marketing, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Strong skills in PR strategy, media relations, influencer identification, and relationship management.
  • Experience in campaign planning, content briefing, and coordinating deliverables across channels.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance, interpret data, and present clear insights and recommendations.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, influencer tools, and basic digital marketing concepts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and brand consistency.
