A leading global professional services firm is seeking a Regional PR & Digital Communications Specialist to support brand visibility and market engagement initiatives across the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
This role sits within the regional communications team and works closely with senior leadership across the region. The position combines strategic communications, media relations, digital marketing, thought leadership promotion, and high-profile event execution.
Key Responsibilities
Public Relations & Communications
- Develop and execute local communications and media strategies aligned with business priorities
- Build relationships with Philippine and regional media, securing interviews, commentary, and thought leadership opportunities
- Manage editorial pipelines including articles, executive communications, and market-facing content
- Identify strategic speaking engagements, conferences, and partnership opportunities
- Advise senior stakeholders on communications positioning and market engagement
- Produce market-focused newsletters and marketing materials aligned with brand standards
Events & Engagements
- Lead end-to-end execution of executive events, client engagements, and webinars
- Manage invitations, RSVPs, venue coordination, logistics, and budget tracking
Digital Communications
- Coordinate digital content updates with regional and global stakeholders
- Support email campaigns, newsletters, and thought leadership launches
- Manage social media publishing and campaign coordination
- Track digital marketing performance metrics including engagement, registrations, and traffic
- Maintain marketing databases with strong attention to data quality and compliance
Regional Collaboration
- Partner with regional and global communications teams to amplify strategic initiatives
- Ensure alignment with global brand and communications standards
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in PR, communications, digital marketing, or related fields
- Strong understanding of traditional and digital media landscapes
- Experience with email marketing, social analytics, and campaign performance tracking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and project coordination capabilities
- Familiarity with the Philippine business and media landscape
- High attention to detail and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Business-level fluency in English and Tagalog
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Southeast Asia
