PR & Communications Senior Manager

The PR & Communications Senior Manager is accountable fortranslating the brand's marketing strategy into execution across all customer-facing channels. The role leads Brand Execution, Marketing, and Communications, ensuring that the identity and direction set by the President are consistently expressed across stores, e-commerce, campaigns, social media, PR, and other customer touchpoints.

S/he is accountable for turning the desirability of the brand into customer demand, traffic, acquisition, repeat purchase, and commercial growth. The role works closely with the General Manager, Merchandising, Retail, and Creative teams to translate the product and commercial direction of the business into how the brand is presented and communicated to the customer.
