I. Job Purpose

The PR and Corporate Communications Officerâs responsibilities include, but are not limited to the development of various communication materials for the Bankâs various communication touch points; assistance in planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating corporate social responsibility efforts of the bank and institutional communications.
II. Job Duties and Responsibilities
·    Assists in the development and implementation of the Divisionâs objectives, strategies, policies, plans, and budgets.
·    Develops and writes materials ranging from product-related to institutional materials that are tailor-fit for the website, intranet and newsletter.
·    Manages the production of the Bankâs newsletter (Customer Updates)
·    Conducts daily InfoChannel management including material review, UAT verification, and post-deployment review.
·    Assists in the communication, and ensures the correct implementation of corporate identity guidelines such as bank and product logos.
·    Assists in planning, organizing, and managing events under PR and corporate social responsibility projects.
·    Participates in the translation of marketing communication plans into a meaningful and cost-efficient PR program.
·    Conducts online daily monitoring of all industry, PSBank and competitor related news and social media comments.
·    Assists in handling and managing internal and external communications during bank crises.
·    Acts as IT champion by coordinating with ECG, IT, ISD for all intranet projects
·    Accuracy, timeliness and proper handling of documentation/reports generated, received and released.
·    Ensures strict compliance with Bank policies and internal control procedures while maintaining the highest level of service quality.
·    Ensure good UI/UX even in communications and touchpoints.
·    Ensure together with ISD that risks, if any, are addressed, managed, and mitigating structures/remedies are in place.
·    Ensure that MIS are in place and monitored that enables monitoring of progress, need for adjustments, performance of channels.
·    Performs duties related to BCP, specifically tasks related to being Deputy EMCOM Spokesperson.
·    Performs duties, responsibilities and tasks related to being Auxiliary Compliance Officer of PRCCD.
·    Maintains good working relations with other executives and senior officers of the Bank as well as with external entities to ensure sound execution of internal/external communication efforts and other activities.
·    May from time to time participate in ad hoc projects as requested or appointed by superiors.
·    Performs other duties that may be assigned by the Division and Group Head.
III. Job Qualifications

·      Graduate of a 4-year college degree major in Marketing Management, Communication Arts or similar course
·      At least 3 years in retail banking. At least 3-5 years of communication-related function. Background in researching, writing, and editing publications
