WHAT YOU BRING
- Experience: 5-10 years’ experience in a PR agency, with a strong focus on fintech and financial services.
- Media Relations: A broad industry network and media contacts across various channels.
- Writing Skills: A portfolio showcasing high-quality writing across complex topics, including press releases, editorials, and thought leadership articles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Media, Journalism, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distil complex information into engaging, accessible content.
- Organisational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and handle clients effectively.
- Project Management: Experience using project management tools like Monday.com to optimise workflows and ensure tasks are completed on time.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client Account Management: Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- PR Content Creation: Develop and deliver compelling PR content, including press releases, editorials, and thought leadership articles.
- Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with journalists, secure media coverage, and proactively pitch stories that align with clients business goals.
- Management: Grow and develop a team
- Business development: Assist the MD, CEO, and commercial director with finding and securing new clients
- Project Management: Utilise tools like Monday.com to organise projects, track progress, and ensure that client deliverables are met.
- Collaboration: Work closely with clients and the executive team to drive strategic media coverage and ensure clients’ commercial objectives are met.
