PR Account Lead - Philippines (Remote | Metro Manila Preferred)

Priority Consultants is looking for an experienced communications professional to join our growing regional team as a PR Account Lead.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working with clients at a strategic level, mentoring teams, and helping drive business growth, while still being willing to roll up their sleeves and get involved in the work when needed.

Today, our team works across Southeast Asia, India, and Australia, supporting clients in technology, cybersecurity, AI, cloud, professional services, financial services, and other B2B sectors.

What You'll Do

• Build trusted relationships with clients and act as a strategic advisor
• Lead and oversee multiple client accounts and projects
• Coach, develop, and support junior team members
• Ensure programmes are delivered on plan, on time, and on promise
• Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships
• Support new business pitches and proposals when required
• Provide strategic counsel while maintaining visibility into day-to-day execution
• Work closely with regional colleagues across Asia-Pacific markets

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or integrated communications agencies
• Strong client servicing and stakeholder management experience
• Experience managing teams and developing talent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong commercial awareness and business mindset
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Experience in B2B communications, technology, corporate communications, or professional services is highly preferred

This role may be suitable for experienced Senior Account Managers, PR Managers, Client Service Leads, or Account Directors looking for broader regional exposure and leadership responsibility.

Location

This is a remote role. Candidates should be based within Metro Manila or nearby areas and be comfortable attending occasional client or team meetings when required.
