Build, manage, and optimize digital ad campaigns across major platforms, including but not limited to Google, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), Microsoft Ads, Shopee, Lazada, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Messenger, Telegram, Viber, and other programmatic or third-party ad tools.
Develop and implement cost-efficient digital ad strategies and marketing plans to help our clients achieve optimal returns on their marketing investments.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to support campaign objectives.
Create detailed paid media plans covering ad copy, keywords, landing pages, and analytics setup
Execute account linking, conversion tracking, and proper documentation for all campaign setups.
Performance Analysis and Optimization
Track, analyze, and interpret campaign data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
Implement A/B and multivariate testing to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
Manage and monitor all campaign metrics (e.g. CPC, CPA, CTR, conversions) to ensure maximum ROI.
Use statistical methods to analyze campaign data and identify trends for optimization.
Develop and implement data collection systems and analytical models to improve scale, efficiency, and reliability.
Collaboration and Reporting
Work with internal stakeholders, including the Executive, Product, Data, and Development teams, to address technical issues and support data infrastructure requirements.
Prepare regular performance reports and insights to guide strategy adjustments and discussions during client checkpoints.
Closely monitor the daily pacing performance of brands managed to ensure overspending does not occur.

Track and manage campaign spending to ensure cost efficiency and budget alignment

Use analytics tools to track and analyze performance and digital initiatives.
Continuously optimize campaigns through testing, experimentation and performance-based adjustments.
Stay updated with industry best practices, new platform features, and competitive trends.
Utilize reporting tools, automation scripts, and data management software to streamline campaign monitoring.
Obtain and maintain certifications in major paid media platforms (e.g. Googla Ads, Meta Ads).
Report to PPC Team Leader and Head of Operations.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience)
Bachelor's degree in Advertising/Media, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Linguistics, or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in a related role.
Strong proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is essential.
Proficient in Google Workspace tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital marketing.
Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads. Familiarity with LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Spotify, and emerging ad platforms is a plus.
