Job Title: Facebook & Google Ads Buyer (Omnichannel)

Schedule:9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Mountain Standard Time
USD Salary: $1,600 - $2,400 ($10 - $15 per hour)
We are seeking an experienced Omnichannel Performance Marketing Specialist / Ads Buyer to plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), and additional channels such as TikTok and LinkedIn.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven performance marketer with a strong creative sensibility, capable of translating business objectives into high-performing campaigns that drive measurable ROI. You will collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to scale acquisition efforts, test audiences, optimize creatives, and improve overall campaign efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Develop and implement data-driven omnichannel advertising strategies aligned with performance KPIs
- Manage advertising budgets and continuously optimize spend allocation to maximize ROI
- Monitor campaign performance and implement real-time optimizations based on data insights
- Conduct structured A/B testing across creatives, audiences, placements, and messaging
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives (static, video, copy) using tools such as Canva and Adobe Suite
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking, attribution setup, and funnel performance across all channels
- Coordinate closely with Account Managers to align campaign strategy, execution, and reporting
- Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in paid media buying and performance marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Experience with TikTok Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads is considered a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing and cross-platform campaign optimization
- Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and digital analytics tools
- Experience in conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and funnel optimization
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams on performance-driven ad concepts
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Agency experience is an advantage
- 2 years of experience working in an omnichannel environment (Facebook, Google Search/LSA, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (HighLevel CRM), including connecting ad accounts, setting up funnels/forms, and managing lead tracking and automation workflows
