About The Position
We're looking for a data-driven PPC Specialist to own and optimize our advertising strategy across multiple marketplaces. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day PPC operations, developing strategic campaign structures, monitoring performance, and providing actionable insights through reporting and alerts. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in scaling advertising campaigns profitably across Amazon and other platforms.
Key Areas of Accountability:
- Manage PPC Campaigns:
- Oversee all Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display) to maximize ROI, sales, and ranking performance.
- Own PPC Reporting & Alerts:
- Maintain daily/weekly PPC dashboards and automated alerts to proactively identify performance shifts, budget pacing, and optimization opportunities.
- Keyword Research & Tracking:
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, build and optimize keyword portfolios, and monitor performance trends to expand reach and relevance.
- Cross-Platform Advertising Initiatives:
- Lead and manage advertising campaigns across Target, Walmart, and TTS platforms (experience in these domains is a strong plus).
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with creative, brand, and operations teams to align ad strategy with product launches, promotions, and inventory levels.
- Continuous Optimization:
- Implement bid adjustments, campaign restructuring, and audience segmentation to continually improve ACoS, TACoS, and overall profitability.
The ideal candidate has:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in advertising analytics tools
- Experience with DSP (Demand-Side Platform) campaigns is a plus
- Familiarity with Scale Insights or other PPC automation tools is a plus
- Experience managing ads on Target Plus, Walmart, or TTS is highly preferred
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting dashboards (e.g., Data Studio, Looker, etc.)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and detail-oriented with a focus on measurable results
- Data-driven mindset with strong understanding of marketplace algorithms
