We're looking for an PPC Ads Team Lead with at least 5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media in an agency setting. This role is both strategic and hands-on, with responsibility for overseeing performance across multiple platforms while managing and supporting a team of Ads Specialists.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading strategy and execution for paid media accounts across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Creating, reviewing, and optimizing campaigns across Google Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Remarketing, and Meta Ads
- Overseeing and contributing to campaigns on additional platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, or others as client needs evolve
- Managing, mentoring, and supporting Ads Specialists on your team, including reviewing work, providing feedback, and helping them grow
- Writing and overseeing compelling ad copy and creative testing frameworks
- Performing and guiding keyword research, audience development, and account structuring best practices
- Monitoring performance and optimizing toward KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and overall ROI
- Ensuring consistent processes, quality control, and best practices across all managed accounts
- Creating and reviewing reports and insights using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and related tools
- Collaborating with internal teams to align paid media strategies with client goals and broader marketing efforts
- Proactively identifying issues, troubleshooting underperforming campaigns, and developing improvement plans
- Staying up to date on platform updates, trends, and policy changes across paid search and paid social
Our Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns in an agency environment
- Strong hands-on experience with both Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
- Proven experience leading or managing Ads Specialists or junior team members
- Strong strategic understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and advanced optimization techniques
- Demonstrated success with lead generation campaigns
- Experience managing monthly ad spend of at least $5,000 per account across multiple clients
- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning both strategy and execution
- Strong problem-solving skills and confidence making performance-driven decisions
- Experience with tools like Google Ads Editor, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and GA4
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, or other paid media platforms is a bonus, not a requirement
