PowerPoint Presentation Specialist | Remote - Metro Manila
Location: Metro Manila or areas near Alabang, Philippines
Work Setup: Fully Remote
Working Hours: US working hours
We are looking for a PowerPoint Specialist who has a keen eye and passion for creating visually appealing presentations. This talented individual will be able to take a routine PowerPoint deck and create a powerful, informative, and exciting story through a PowerPoint presentation with flawless execution.
The successful candidate will develop, prepare, revise, and deliver high-quality designs and presentations for new and existing client accounts. In this role, the ideal candidate will work closely with our US design team and the wider business to translate information into compelling, well-communicated visual designs and slide layouts.
Important: This is a fully remote role, but candidates must be based within Metro Manila or in areas near Alabang and must be comfortable working US hours.
Responsibilities
- Flawlessly deliver PowerPoint presentations, including visually effective and attractive data displays
- Create visual concepts based on direction from account teams and clients
- Review and revise account team PowerPoint presentations to ensure accuracy and quality control
- Edit presentations, including formatting changes, resizing, touch-ups, flow and consistency, grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Execute tasks and prioritize projects while meeting competing or changing deadlines in high-pressure situations
- Consistently prioritize projects while effectively and efficiently communicating with all practice verticals and levels within the agency
- Tell a compelling story through presentations and transform complex concepts into understandable messages for intended audiences
- Communicate and work alongside all levels and practice verticals within the agency
- Contribute to and develop overall agency presentation standards and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in PowerPoint Design
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, as well as Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator
- Ability to think creatively and develop out-of-the-box ideas
- Outstanding communication skills, especially strong verbal, written, and visual presentation skills
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to self-manage and work within a team environment
- Ability to work closely with senior management while adhering to project requests and guidelines
- Ability to think strategically and translate topline creative requests into high-quality content
- A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure while meeting strict deadlines
- Must currently be based within Metro Manila or in areas near Alabang
- Must be willing and able to work US working hours
