Job Description

The Power BI Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders. In this role, you will be at the intersection of data and decision-making — transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that directly influence operational and business outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and leadership stakeholders, ensuring that the right data is presented in the most impactful way. This is a high-impact role where your work will be seen and felt at every level — from day-to-day operations to strategic client conversations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with operations, workforce, and leadership teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into visual solutions
  • Monitor and troubleshoot dashboard refresh issues and ensure data accuracy and reliability
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from multiple data sources
  • Document reporting processes, data definitions, and naming conventions.
  • Conduct regular data validation and quality checks to ensure dashboard integrity
  • Present insights and findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Power BI or data analytics role
  • Familiarity with call center metrics and reporting
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college education is preferred
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fast learner who can adjust quickly and meet client deadlines
  • Microsoft Power BI certification is a plus
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting projects simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quick decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in Power BI — including DAX formulas, calculated fields, and data modeling
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel — including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas
  • Solid understanding of data visualization best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and ETL processes
