Power Platform Solution Developer

Manila, Philippines | Hybrid (3 days onsite/week) | 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract (Subject to Extension)

About the Role

We are seeking a Power Platform Solution Developer to architect, design, and maintain high-performing enterprise applications and workflow automations. In this role, you will leverage the Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint framework to transform complex business requirements into robust, scalable digital solutions. You will oversee the complete solution lifecycle—from requirement gathering and custom development to system optimization, security compliance, and ongoing maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain custom applications using Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages) and SharePoint Development Framework (SPFx).
• Architect solutions requiring custom business logic, server-side and client-side code, workflow assemblies, plugins, and REST API integrations.
• Translate business requirements into aligned technical architectures, product backlogs, and comprehensive design documentation (RDD, SDD, SLTO, TSMP).
• Perform system security assessments, code reviews, and performance optimizations to ensure solution reliability and compliance with enterprise security standards.
• Lead solution delivery through Scaled Agile Framework, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in architecture, development, rollout, maintenance, data management, and migration using Power Platform and SharePoint.
• In-depth expertise in .NET, C#, JavaScript, modern JS frameworks (e.g., ReactJS, AngularJS), HTML/CSS, SQL, and web services.
• Demonstrated experience with SharePoint Development Framework (SPFx), server-side/client-side object models, and custom plugin development.
• Proven track record in Agile methodologies, business process re-engineering, requirements analysis, and enterprise architecture.
