Position: Power Platform Engineer
The ideal candidate possesses strong data modeling skills, deep technical knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, and excellent engineering discipline to ensure seamless system integration and long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Application Development
- Build Apps: Develop and deploy user-facing applications and solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
- Data Modeling: Design and implement robust Dataverse data models, including complex entity relationships, security roles, and data migration structures.
- Workflow Automation: Design and create automated workflows to streamline business processes, approvals, notifications, and operational activities using Power Automate.
System Integration & Migration
- Connect Systems: Integrate Power Platform solutions with internal and external systems via APIs to ensure reliable, secure, and maintainable data flows.
- Data Management: Handle data migration, synchronization, and identity management integration across distinct platforms.
- Version Control: Utilize standard engineering practices and tools, including Git, to manage solution versions and deployments.
Collaboration & Documentation
- Requirement Gathering: Translate operational and business requirements into concrete application designs while managing platform constraints.
- Technical Documentation: Author clear documentation for systems, data models, and configurations to support collaborative engineering environments.
- Stakeholder Training: Conduct user training sessions and knowledge transfers to support end-users and ensure a smooth handover at the end of the engagement.
Role Requirements
Technical Experience
- 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering, application development, enterprise systems development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of designing and building solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite: Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages
- Strong hands-on experience with APIs, system integration, and data migration/synchronization processes.
- Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git).
