Job Description:

We are seeking an Power Platform Developer with a strong focus on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to design, build, and deploy scalable automation solutions that improve operational efficiency across REPH and supported Business Units.

This role will work closely with leaders, Automation Supervisors, and business stakeholders to deliver automation initiatives, primarily owning the development and deployment phases of the automation lifecycle, while ensuring compliance with enterprise security and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automation solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Build end-to-end solutions, including workflow automation, application development, and reporting dashboards.
  • Develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Integrate solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, SharePoint, and data sources.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot deployed automation solutions to ensure stability and performance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and SMEs during requirements gathering, development, and UAT phases.
  • Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and governance standards before production release.
  • Produce technical documentation including process flows, design documents, and user guides.
  • Support automation capability building through training and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay current with Power Platform enhancements and emerging automation technologies.

Technology Skills:

Required:

  • Hands-on Power Platform experience (Apps, Automate, BI).
  • API integrations, connectors, and data services.
  • Workflow automation and reporting.
  • SharePoint, Excel, and enterprise data sources.

Preferred:

  • Python (Django, REST APIs).
  • SQL and database integration.

Nice to Have:

  • UiPath / RPA tools.
  • VBA / Excel automation.
  • Agile experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of development experience, with strong focus on Power Platform solutions.
  • Proven experience delivering automation solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to design scalable, maintainable automation solutions.
  • Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong focus on quality and delivery.
  • Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to new technologies.
