Work Setup: Hybrid, 3 Days WFH and 2 Days Onsite

Location: Taguig City
Your Responsibilities
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Power BI and analytics solutions
- Lead, collaborate, and manage team activities to ensure high performance and delivery
- Take ownership of team decisions and provide strategic direction
- Engage with cross-functional teams and contribute to key organizational decisions
- Develop solutions for complex problems impacting the immediate team and other teams
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen team capabilities
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve potential issues
- Document processes, workflows, and solutions to build and maintain a knowledge base
What We're Looking For
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in Power BI
- Must have experience as a Power BI Administrator and Power Apps Administrator
- Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports
- Solid understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and manipulatio
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
