What You'll Do
- Develop, design, and generate monthly and ad hoc reports using Power BI.
- Build reports and dashboards from scratch based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting needs and translate them into actionable outputs.
- Identify gaps in existing reports and recommend improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and integrity of extracted and processed data.
- Handle and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
- Maintain and enhance reporting processes to support business objectives.
- Support data validation, testing, and troubleshooting of reporting outputs.
- Document reporting processes, data sources, and report logic.
- Communicate insights and reporting outputs clearly to stakeholders.
Key Criteria
- At least 2 years of experience as a Reporting Analyst or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience using Microsoft Power BI for report and dashboard creation.
- Mid to high proficiency level in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to develop reports from scratch or with knowledge/trained to do so.
- Experience working with large datasets from multiple data sources.
- Ability to identify reporting gaps and suggest process improvements.
- Experience in maintaining proper documentation for reports and processes.
- Good understanding of data accuracy, validation, and governance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Work setup:
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (7:00am–4:00pm PHT) Hybrid arrangement once a week in the office.
