Summary
We are seeking aproactive Microsoft Power BI Developerto design, develop, and deployinteractive dashboards and reportswithin the Microsoft 365 environment. The role focuses on transforming complex data intomeaningful insightsthat empower stakeholders and supportdata-driven decision-makingacross the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintaininteractive dashboards and reportsusingMicrosoft Power BI.
- Transform raw data intoclear, actionable insightsto support business and strategic decisions.
- Connect Power BI to multipledata sources, ensuring accurate and efficient data integration.
- Develop and optimizedata models, DAX calculations, and visualizationsfor reporting and analytics.
- Collaborate withbusiness stakeholders and cross-functional teamsto understand reporting requirements.
- Ensuredata accuracy, consistency, and performanceof Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Maintain and enhance existingPower BI reportsto meet evolving business needs.
- Support the deployment and sharing of reports within theMicrosoft 365 environment.
- Document report development processes, datasets, and data models.
- Provide support and troubleshooting forPower BI dashboards and reporting issues.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Power BI development
- Experience designinginteractive dashboards and reports
- Strong understanding ofdata visualization best practices
- Knowledge ofdata modeling and DAXin Power BI
- Ability to translatebusiness requirements into reporting solutions
- Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience working within theMicrosoft 365 ecosystem
