The Business Intelligence Analyst serves as a key member of the Finance team, supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role is responsible for transforming financial and operational data into actionable insights through advanced analytics, Power BI reporting, and emerging AI tools.
This position is ideal for someone who combines strong financial acumen with technical expertise and enjoys building scalable reporting solutions that improve business visibility and performance.
Core Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support financial planning, forecasting, and operational performance
- Partner with Finance leadership (FPCA) to translate business needs into data models, metrics, and reporting frameworks
- Build and manage scalable data models, datasets, and data pipelines across financial and operational systems
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
- Translate complex data into clear,executive-readynarrativesand decision support materials
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to improve forecasting accuracy, reporting efficiency, and decision support
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance, including alignment with financial controls and reporting standards
- Support ad hoc strategic analysis for executive leadership, including scenario modeling and performance tracking
- Continuously improve reporting processes by automating manual work and enhancing scalability
Key Deliverables for 2026
- Build and standardize core Finance dashboards (monthly, quarterly, executive reporting)
- Implement a centralized data model connecting financial and operational data sources
- Introduce at least one AI-driven forecasting or predictive analytics use case
- Reduce manual reporting effort through automation and process improvements
- Establish consistent KPI definitions and reporting cadence across Finance
Qualifications
Experience:
- 3-6+ years in business intelligence, financial analytics, or data analysis
- Strong experience building dashboards and data models in Power BI
- Experience working with financial data, FPCA teams, or accounting systems preferred
- Exposure to AI/ML tools, automation platforms, or advanced analytics strongly preferred
- Experience with SQL, data warehousing, or ETL processes
