Job Description

Apply coatings, paints, and finishes to products and surfaces.
Prepare and mix paint as per specifications.
Inspect surfaces for defects and ensure high-quality application.
Maintain and clean spraying equipment.
Follow safety regulations and guidelines.
Collaborate with team members for efficient workflow.
At least High School graduate or TESDA/vocational course related to metal works, spray painting, or fabrication is an advantage
With experience in powder coating line operations and/or spray painting (metal finishing) is preferred but not required
Knowledgeable in proper handling, mixing, and application of powder coating materials
Physically fit; able to lift, move, and hang metal parts for coating and baking
Familiar with safety procedures and PPE use in a fabrication/production environment
Keen attention to detail to ensure quality finish and uniform coating
Willing to be trained, follow instructions, and work in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting
Can work with minimal supervision, flexible with shifting schedules or overtime when needed
