Job Description
The Digital Lifecycle Growth Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and executing customer lifecycle programs across digital channelsfrom acquisition to renewal and ongoing engagement. Acting as the program strategist and operational lead, this role converts lifecycle and revenue objectives into actionable digital initiatives, collaborating closely with performance marketing, analytics, and platform teams to deliver measurable impact.
This role ensures that digital campaigns are insight-driven, user-centric, and performance-optimized ultimately accelerating customer acquisition, reducing churn, and increasing digital channel contribution to growth.
Focus Areas
- Lead the design and implementation of lifecycle programs across digital touchpoints
- Develop strategies for digital acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and renewal
- Own day-to-day digital campaign planning, deployment, and performance optimization
- Deeply collaborate with analytics, product, and media teams to align programs with platform capabilities and performance metrics
- Analyze data and translate insights into iterative improvements and growth opportunities
