Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Post-Production Manager to lead our post-production team and oversee the end-to-end delivery of video content across multiple projects. This role requires a strong leader who can manage editors, motion designers and post-production workflows while ensuring every project meets quality standards, client expectations and delivery timelines.

The ideal candidate has at least four years of experience managing post-production teams, thrives in a fast-paced production environment and understands how to optimize workflows for high-volume content production. Experience working with e-commerce content is preferred.

1.    Team Leadership

·   Lead, mentor and manage a team of video editors, motion designers and post-production professionals.

·   Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects and production schedules.

·   Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions and skill development initiatives.

·   Foster a collaborative and high-performance creative culture.

2.    Post-Production Operations

·    Oversee the complete post-production process, from ingesting footage through final delivery.

·    Build and optimize workflows that improve efficiency, quality and turnaround times.

·    Manage editing schedules, project priorities and delivery deadlines.

·    Ensure proper file organization, version control, backups and archive management.

3.    Quality Control

·   Review edits to ensure consistency in storytelling, pacing, color, audio, branding and overall production quality.

·    Maintain quality standards across all client deliverables.

·    Ensure compliance with platform-specific specifications for digital and social media content.

4.    Client & Stakeholder Management

·    Collaborate with producers, creative teams, account managers and clients to align on project objectives.

·    Communicate project progress, delivery timelines and production requirements clearly.

·    Incorporate client feedback efficiently while maintaining creative standards.

5.    Process Improvement

·     Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation and improved processes.

·   Stay updated on emerging post-production tools, AI-assisted editing workflows and industry best practices.

·      Help establish scalable systems for high-volume content production.

Required Qualifications

·       Minimum 4 years of experience managing a post-production team.

·       Strong background in video editing and post-production workflows.

·       Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, Photoshop and Illustrator.

·       Solid understanding of color correction, audio finishing, motion graphics and delivery formats.

·       Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines.

·       Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills.

·       Ability to balance creative excellence with operational efficiency.

·   Experience working on e-commerce content, including marketplace and product-focused video production.

·       Experience with live commerce, social media campaigns or branded digital content.

·       Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools and workflow optimization.

·       Experience working with digital asset management systems.
