ABOUT US

We are not looking for a corporate coordinator who only knows how to follow checklists or pass messages back and forth. We need a high-ownership Post-Merger Integration (PMI) driver. This hire will be the tactical boots on the ground helping us merge, restructure, and stabilize newly acquired businesses under Groundup (Industrial AI/IoT) and MRC Ventures.

You must be someone who can land in an unfamiliar market, decipher messy processes, align teams, and execute the integration blueprint independently without constant hand-holding.

What the role actually is:

• 80% Tactical Execution & Setup: Setting up local entities, auditing operations, and driving integration milestones.

• 20% Change Management & Governance: Aligning corporate cultures and standardizing reporting lines back to Singapore HQ. What Good Looks Like

• Speed to Action: You can arrive at a newly acquired company, quickly diagnose operational gaps, and start standardizing processes within the first two weeks.

• Proactive Sourcing of Solutions: You don't wait for a playbook to be handed to you. You build the playbook based on what the business actually needs.

• Deep Probing & Auditing: You don't just take the local team's word for it. You dive into the data, the workflows, and the tools to see if the reality matches the due diligence reports.

• Resilience in Chaos: M&A environments are messy and politically sensitive. You must be highly diplomatic yet exceptionally firm on performance outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. On-Site Setup & International Execution (Overseas Travel)

• Travel frequently to newly acquired companies within Southeast Asia to establish physical, legal, and operational setups.

• Act as the direct on-site representative of the Singapore leadership team, ensuring the parent company's culture, performance benchmarks, and compliance standards are adopted immediately.

2. Post-Merger Blueprint Execution

• Drive the end-to-end 30-60-90 days integration timeline across cross-functional workstreams: Finance, HR/Payroll, IT infrastructure, and Sales operations.

• Standardize reporting structures, financial tools, and operational workflows to match Singapore HQ systems.

• Track integration KPIs and report directly to C-level executives on synergy capture and potential bottlenecks.

3. Stakeholder Alignment & Change Management

• Manage the delicate transition period by aligning local leadership teams with the parent companies strategic vision.

• Identify and mitigate human capital risks (e.g., retaining key talent, managing corporate friction, restructuring redundant roles). KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in M&A Integration (PMI), Management Consulting (Operations/Corporate Finance), or Project Management Office (PMO) inside fast-growing scale-ups.

• Industry Context: Prior experience working within startups, venture builders, deep-tech, or enterprise SaaS environments is highly preferred.

• Execution Capabilities: Proven track record of running complex, multi-stakeholder cross-border projects under tight timelines.

• Mobility: Must hold a valid passport and be completely ready to travel overseas frequently on short notice.

• Mindset: Highly resilient, comfortable working without detailed SOPs, and driven by high accountability for outcomes.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Competitive salary.

• Be part of a growing, dynamic team in the B2B technology space.

• Hybrid work flexibility when not traveling.

• Direct visibility and mentorship under founders and high-level VC operators.

• Full travel allowance and comprehensive coverage for overseas assignments
