Post-Construction Engineer

Job Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered Engineer (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) or a Licensed Architect
• Must have a good communication skills.
• Preferably with 1 year of experience in a post construction of a residential projects or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): AutoCad

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor all turnover and project acceptance related activities on the project
• Perform all punch listing on behalf of the project proponents
• Attend coordination meetings
• Implementation and control of the agreed common area and residential unit punch lists inspection parameters and acceptance guidelines
• Coordinate all QA/QC with the site construction manager on all quality issues
• Collaborate and develop inspection and test programs on architectural and civil works
• Operation and preventive maintenance of MEPF system
• Operation and monitoring of all critical parameters
• Ensure strict post construction documentation and project closure
• Manage project execution
